In Florida, by the Miromar Lakes area, several of the Norwell's fitness equipment are located in the area around the lake, allowing you to stop and exercise on the walk around the lake. It is a gathering point for a lot of activity also around the boats in the lake.
For this fitness area following items have been selected: Chest, Leg, Sit Up and Stretch and offer an all round training in a nice environment.
