In the German suburb St. Vincenzstift near the town of Rhuedesheim, we have installed a big fitness park with a large selection of outdoor fitness equipment - for both cardio and strength training - But also exercise equipment for athletes limited by physical disabilities.
And also a table tennis table where fun and exercise can be combined. An amazing area with lots of benefits.
For this fitness park following stations are chosen: Pull Up, Chest, Back, Air Walker, Twister, Hand Cycle og Ping Pong.
